The rotating charging plate allows for excellent temperature uniformity of ±1K. The furnace is technically gas-tight and can be operated under a vacuum of up to 10-3 mbara, positive pressure ranges of up to 40 mbarg and under shielding gases (N2, H2, O2, etc.). Optionally, it can be fitted with a thermal aftercombustion system.
